I am struggling with a new dilemma. I have a new job in which Quality is more important than Quantity. In the past I was measured by the amount of work I got done. Sure, quality was important but not as much as it is now. If you know me well enough, I am always researching the latest trends on productivity and GTD philosophies. A while back I ran into this written on a white board. I want to give credit to Gina Tripani as it was probably on her blog that I saw it. Looking at this daily is really helping me keep the quality of my work up, and reducing my urge to just crank something out.
